Intro Boutique is a sister owned boutique founded in 2016 in Downtown Cleveland with two locations. Our main location is in the 5th Street Arcades and the second location is at the North Coast Harbor, next to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with shoppers to enhance their experience.
• Perform daily duties, including cleaning and maintaining the shop’s appearance.
• Utilize an iPad for transactions and store operations.
• Be punctual and reliable, ensuring smooth store operations.

Requirements:

• Availability for at least 2 days a week
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
• Retail experience is preferred but not required
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic
• Friendly and approachable demeanor

Store Hours:

• Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
